While You’re Away:
• Stocking your refrigerator – Avoid the annoyance of waiting in line at the grocery store. You can order your groceries online, and we will pick them up, bring them home and put them away for you. We’ll make sure you come home to a full fridge, stocked with your favorite things.
• Making dinner reservations – Plan ahead and we will locate restaurants you’ve been dying to try. NINE10 will make reservations weeks in advance so you don’t have to think about it once you get here.
• Referrals to service providers – We can connect you to the best local service providers to make sure your property is being well-taken care of while you’re gone. One less thing to worry about! We can manage all of the service providers, schedule and pay them as well. Then, you only have to worry about one invoice from NINE10 and we take care of the rest.
• Overseeing home maintenance – We understand you may be concerned about service providers not showing up on time or leaving projects unfinished. We can have a member of the NINE10 team be on-sight to supervise, send you updates and make sure everything is done as you requested.
• Arranging your travel – Our team at NINE10 is no stranger to travel. We’ll give you the most suggested travel times, purchase tickets, arrange car rentals, and more.
• Airbnb rental - Our staff can go to and from the home, oversee cleanings and generally be your eyes and ears to the home. There are different packages available to choose. Some of the services include arranging the cleaning (post-guest and post-owner stays); calling in the handyman, plumber, electrician, and landscaper when needed; restocking household items; taking care of trash and recycling.
While You’re Here:
• Laundry and Tidying services - We can come to your home, wash, dry, fold, iron and hang and put away your clothing, or we can stop, pick up your laundry and bring it back, clean and folded within 24-hours. If we do your laundry on-site, we can also do a light run through: unload/load dishwasher, collect and empty trash and recycling, make beds, wipe down surfaces in kitchen and baths, vacuum and tidy up.
• Helping you host guests – We can contact your guests to arrange their travel plans (flights, car service, bus tickets, etc.), book their hotel rooms or even make dinner reservations to ensure they have a wonderful time visiting you, and you won’t need to think twice about it.
• Arrange family friendly activities – There’s always something fun happening! We can find activities near you that will be a blast for the entire family.
• Planning a last-minute get-together – We can plan family gatherings or purchase necessary items for last minute parties to ease your stress of hosting spontaneous events.
