WHAT IS A CONCIERGE AND WHAT SERVICES DO WE PROVIDE?
Concierge Services are the solution to balancing work and home. We can advise and help you arrange, plan or organize anything that you do not have the time or the patience to do yourself. We are a personal assistant, personal shopper, consultant, errand runner and event planner. We can handle a wide array of tasks allowing our clients to enjoy more time to do the things you value most.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We begin with an initial consultation to discuss your needs and expectations.
You can choose from one of our already existing packages, an hourly a la carte pay as you go program, or we can create a unique membership package that focuses on the items that can be outsourced to alleviate stress and free up time from your busy life.
We will complete the task(s) ourselves or use vetted, experienced vendors.
You pay for our time to complete the task(s) or the package of your choosing, plus invoices from third party vendors.
HOW IS BILLING HANDLED?
We have several packages and pricing options available. Whether you use our services for business or leisure, for daily tasks or a special occasion – our team will work to your preferred level of assistance.
Monthly memberships are paid on either the 1st or 15th of every month.
When booking custom-made and specialty packages, payment must be made within seven days of the completion of the service.
NINE10 Coastal Concierge currently accepts cash, checks and debit/credit card as forms of payment or direct payments through programs such as PayPal, Venmo or CashApp.
You may cancel a monthly membership at any time with 30 days WRITTEN notice.
We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations and re-schedules. You may contact us by e-mail or phone. A fee of $50 will be assessed if 24-hour notice is not received.

NINE10 Coastal Concierge is many things to many different clients. We are most happy to meet with you and discuss your specific needs, thereby crafting a concierge package tailored to you and your lifestyle.
IS YOUR COMPANY INSURED?
Yes, NINE10 Coastal Concierge is fully insured. We can provide you a copy for your records and peace of mind.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF BUSINESS?
Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00am until 6:00pm. Concierge service may be available after hours, weekends and holidays by appointment only and may be charged at a higher rate based on the service request and level of urgency.
All personal information will remain confidential. Your information will not be sold or distributed in any way.
NINE10 Coastal Concierge is respectful with your privacy. Personal information will only be collected with your consent and will not be shared with any third party. Confidential client information or data collected will only be used for internal purposes, including improving client services or extending special offers to our clients. We will never divulge the names of our clients to mailing lists or other corporations.
E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties. E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates. If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which will be included in e-mail you receive.
Services are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, time will be spent to address or correct the issue at no additional cost.
DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Your business helps us be able to help others in our community. We are happy to offer special considerations including working hours, scheduling and special discounts on basic services to Seniors over 75 years old, military, teachers, public servants and those undergoing chemo/radiation or other treatments for life-threatening illnesses. It is our way of saying ‘Thank You’ to those that serve others.
