We can assist you with anything from a short-term, one-time project to regular weekly assistance. We can work virtually, on-site or a combination of both.
Hiring an independent contractor, like NINE10 Coastal Concierge, will save you both time and money. You only pay for the time spent working on projects/tasks. Hiring a business assistant will save overhead like training, vacation, holidays and sick days, insurance, payroll taxes, benefits, etc.
Did your assistant call off, and you need someone to answer phones for a day? Are you going to be out of the office for a few days and want someone to come in and do filing and organize your office? Do you have a 2000-piece direct mailer to fold, stuff, label, stamp and send? Do you want your web site updated or some graphic design work completed? Do you have a large amount of data entry work that needs to be inputted into your systems? We can do all of this and much, much more!

When you’re on the move and don't have time to tidy up your space, look no further! We have you covered. We offer a range of cleaning options from apartments, houses and even rooms. Add in laundry services and you’ll come home to a tidy home and no laundry to do. The only question you should be asking is, what will you do with all your extra time?
We will come into your home weekly for a period of 3-4 hours and wash, dry, fold and put away or hang your laundry. In addition, we will tidy up your home by wiping down surfaces throughout the home, vacuum, make beds, organize and remove trash.

Want the peace of mind of just knowing your laundry will be done? Tell us when to come, and we’ll be there every week, twice a week or every other week. You choose. Schedule a pick-up, and we will return your laundry within 24 hours. Laundry services can be billed two ways - by weight or by bag.
We have laundry bags and laundry baskets for sale at a cost of $10.00. This is a one-time fee. Laundry will be placed in the bag and sat in the basket for pick-up. The laundry will be returned, folded, in the basket, along with the bag for the next pick up.
Any amount of laundry that can fit in the bag will be laundered at one rate. No weighing necessary.
Your laundry will be weighed once it is returned to our facility, and you will receive an invoice for the amount due.
If you find that the washing and drying isn't the issue, but then it sits in the laundry basket for days or weeks, NINE10 offers a folding service. We will come to your home, fold all of your laundry and even put it away in the drawers or closets.
You tell us when you’ll be home, and we will have your house or apartment ready for your arrival. Wouldn’t it be nice to come back from a long trip to a clean home, clean laundry and fresh food in the refrigerator? Let us welcome you home.
You supply us with a grocery list, and we will do the shopping; or order online, and we will pick them up. When we arrive at your home, we will clean out your refrigerator of any out-of-date items and fill it with the recently purchased items.
Life is a Highway package plus your laundry will be washed, dried, folded and put away or hung up. Leaving on a Jet Plane services will not exceed three hours.
Life is a Highway and Leaving on a Jet Plane packages plus spot cleaning (tidying up, wiping down counters in the kitchen and bath, vacuuming, making beds, removing trash). Not All Who Wander package will not exceed four hours.
Renting out your home requires a major time commitment and can be stressful. Every service we provide is specifically tailored to make your life easier. Promptly following each checkout, we will arrive to clean the property, profess fresh sheets, wash linens and towels, restock toiletries and replace any essentials. We will inspect each property and provide you with an updated inventory checklist so you can always be sure your investment is safe and secure. We can take care of any maintenance issues, big or small, and be present for any maintenance work that would need to be done if you are unavailable. We aim to ensure that your property is maintained to the highest standard.

Vacant homes face a greater risk of loss than occupied homes. A broken pipe left unchecked for days or weeks could cause major damage. A vacant home is more susceptible to break-ins and vandalism. Some insurance companies are adding clauses to policies regarding absentee periods of over 30 days.
We will conduct an interior and exterior inspection of your property. We will run the water, flush the toilets, check all the windows and will even water any plants left behind. Additionally, we will ensure that any service or maintenance that has been scheduled is being completed such as, landscaping, pool services, trash or linen pick up, etc. If we find any issues, we will report these issues to you immediately.
