Our Second Home Management service ensures that your home is secure and well-maintained. This can include such services as: weekly or monthly check-ins on the home (walk around the property, check all windows and doors, walk through the interior, check all lights, run water, water any plants, etc.). We can also prepare the home before you arrive by cleaning the home, grocery shopping, stocking the refrigerator, and then clean and close the property after your visit.
Our staff can go to and from the home, oversee cleanings and generally be your eyes and ears to the home. There are different packages available to choose. Some of the services include arranging the cleaning (post-guest and post-owner stays); calling in the handyman, plumber, electrician, and landscaper when needed; restocking household items; taking care of trash and recycling. Having our own cleaners (and not outsourced) means your home gets the same cleaning team every time. That way processes are systematized, and you don't run the risk of non-standard cleanings or worse, missed cleanings, costing you refunds, cancellations and bad reviews.
