NINE10 Coastal Concierge is looking for reliable, detail-loving, independent Residential and Rental Property Cleaners to join our team. Our cleaners don’t just sweep and scrub—they help create calm, comfort, and great first impressions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes and vacation rental properties to high standards (no shortcuts, no streaky mirrors)
• Follow customized checklists and ensure each space is guest-ready
• Keep track of inventory, supply needs, and report any property issues
• Communicate clearly and professionally with management
• Represent NINE10 with professionalism, reliability, and pride

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or vacation rental cleaning is preferred, but not required
• Must be self-sufficient, dependable, and efficient
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently AND ask for help when needed
• Physical stamina to handle cleaning duties (think: stairs, lifting, scrubbing)
• Flexible schedule preferred – weekends and quick turnarounds are common
